    美容圣经之去角质

    小娘子肌肤类型：皮肤薄且敏感，有雀斑，黄
     
    前几天小娘子被装修折磨的面色暗沉，再加上采用了几个新的品牌的化妆品，脸上起了几个封闭性粉刺。好在主还是很眷顾我，让我在无聊的时候无意间看到了《女人我最大》牛尔做的一个特辑。
     
    老牛：如果你的皮肤开始暗沉，长痘痘，而且痘疤有不容易恢复，那么你就要考虑去角质...
    小娘子：啊？皮肤很薄很痛...
    老牛：如果你的皮肤很薄，就要在涂爽肤水的时候用化妆棉去涂，这样来去角质效果会很好。
    小娘子：那不会很浪费吗...想想渗透在化妆棉里面的水水...
    老牛：之后的化妆棉，可以涂脖子，涂身体，涂腿...
     
    按照老牛的建议坚持了几天以后，小娘子的封闭性粉刺已经基本消失，重要的是几个痘疤都很快的恢复了。
     
    总结一下：大品牌的化妆品都有一个共同的效果就是促进皮肤的新陈代谢，如果不及时去角质，角质层就会堆积在皮肤表面，堵塞毛孔形成的痘痘，还不利于痘疤的恢复。所以去角质层是很重要的。皮肤薄的可以尝试用化妆棉，效果是很不错的。

    Sophi：其实我觉得科普文章对所有美容方法都是大加诟病的，比方说补充胶原蛋白等等。我觉得用化妆棉涂爽肤水确实有助于皮肤清洁和吸收营养。所以管他们怎么说，能看到效果就好了。
